OPTIMIZED COMFORTABLE READING FACULTY X-PRO incorporates advanced optimized distribution in the valuable reading zone, achieving a broadened effective reading area for near vision. Together with the fully aspherical surface, unwanted surface astigmatism in the peripheries is reduced to a minimum by the distinctive design. For even and natural vision the astigmatic area are leveled out on both the nasal and temporal sides. The result is comfortable near vision with an increased effective reading field without the usual ‘swim’ and distortion.
NATURAL BINOCULAR SATISFACTION X-PRO upholds the human physiological needs of binocular vision. When focusing on a close-up object with natural head and body posture, both eyes orient towards the nasal side in the near/reading zone, not just moving largely from left to right. X-PRO lenses compensate fully for this by alleviating the surface distortion on both nasal peripheries to ensure the optimum binocular usability.
